We offer a 15-day return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Return & Refund Policy:

Elodie Beauty is happy to offer returns or refunds for any product that is found to be damaged, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Proof of purchase and the original receipt must be provided to process the refund.

How to Return a Product?

To return a damaged or faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear images of the damaged items.
  2. Email us at info@elodie.pk with a detailed return request.
  3. Send the product back to us in its original, sealed packaging at the address provided by our team.

How Do I Get Refunded?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will initiate the refund based on the method you choose.

Exchange Policy

Elodie Beauty will gladly exchange any product that was mistakenly delivered instead of your original order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

For the quickest way to get the product you want, we recommend returning the item you received first, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

  3. Provide details of the product you received.
  4. Send the product back to us in its original, sealed packaging at the address provided by our team.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note that products that have been used or opened cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Elodie Beauty will not accept the return of products under the following conditions:

  • If the shipping box has been opened or damaged by the customer.
  • We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or for gift cards.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it. Order cancellations depend on whether your order has been dispatched or not. To cancel your order, contact us at our Helpline: +92 314 5527183 immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
